Trabalho escravo no Brasil

Abstract

Pretendeu-se aqui asseverar uma realidade: o trabalho escravo no Brasil, os fatores relevantes na perpetuação dessa situação incompatível com o século XXI. Será apresentada a definição legal do tipo juntamente com um breve histórico, as condições desumanas que levam o homem a condição análoga de escravo, a grande violação a direitos humanos fundamentais e a luta envolvendo mudanças de atitude do conjunto da sociedade para o combate de tal situação. Nada pode justificar a aceitação de que ainda haja milhares de trabalhadores submetidos à condições análogas as de escravos.

It was intended to assert a reality here: slave labor in Brazil, the relevant factors in perpetuating this situation incompatible with the twenty-first century. You will see the legal definition of the type along with a brief history, the inhumane conditions that lead man to a condition analogous to slavery, the great violation of fundamental human rights and the fight involving changes in attitude of the whole society combat this situation. Nothing can justify the assumption that there are still thousands of workers subjected to slave-like conditions.
