Combate à mortalidade infantil, sob uma perspectiva filosófica, jurídica e pastoral

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de incentivar o combate à mortalidade infantil, por parte do poder público, família, comunidade e sociedade em geral e demonstrar que as formas de combate são bem simples e estão ao alcance de todos, entretanto o que falta é investimento por parte do poder público. Para tanto, foi necessário a apreciação do Princípio da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana, realizando um estudo do seu conceito; da visão de Kant; do Princípio na Constituição Federal e no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. De igual forma, foi importante verificar as causas da mortalidade infantil, a fim de realizar o combate. Em seguida, uma explanação quanto às ações estatais e privadas de combate à mortalidade infantil, para, depois, adentrar, ao estudo efetivo do trabalho realizado pela Pastoral da Criança e tecer críticas ao Estado.

This project has as objective to motivate the fighting against children mortality, on the part of the governmen power, family, community and society in general, and to show the combat ways are quite simple and they a reachable to everyone, however there is a government investment lack. For in such a way, it was necessary the appreciation of the Human Being Dignity Principle, carrying out a study of this concept, the opnion of Kant; the Federative Constitution Principle and Child and Adolescent Statue. In equal form it was important to check the cuildren mortality causes in order to fight against it. After that, there is an explanation abaout state and privade actions to combat the children mortality, then, after all, to start arguing, an effective study about the Pastoral of the Child and make critical to the governament.
