| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O artigo apresenta uma reflexão acerca da situação de adolescentes que se encontram institucionalizados. Foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica embasando-se nas leis, que tem crianças e adolescentes como sujeitos de direitos. Esses direitos, mesmo estando garantidos acabam sendo quebrados quando se trata da institucionalização. Realizou-se um resgate histórico das politicas voltadas para crianças e adolescentes, e também como o profissional de Serviço Social trabalha dentro do acolhimento. Desenvolver a autonomia do adolescente institucionalizado, e prepará-lo para o seu desligamento da instituição, ao completar a maioridade é uma das ações do assistente social. Esta pesquisa sugere ir além dessa ação, para que o olhar sobre o adolescente se amplie. |
| Abstract: | The article presents a reflection concerning the adolescents' situation that one find institutionalized. The bibliographical research was used being based in the laws, that he/she has children and adolescents as subject of rights. Those rights, same being guaranteed ends up being broken when it is the institucionalização. He/she took place a historical rescue of the you politicize returned for children and adolescents, and also as the professional of Social Service he/she works inside of the reception. To develop the institutionalized adolescent's autonomy, and to prepare him/it for his/her desligamento of the institution, when completing the majority is one of the social worker's actions. This research suggests to go besides that action, for the glance on the adolescent is enlarged. |
