Abstract

In order to systematically review the scientific literature on the recidivism of infractions, a survey of theses, dissertations and articles was published that established this relationship, from 1990 to 2016. The aim was to understand which were the movers that took the adolescent offender to reincidir in this practice. The study allowed us to point out the profile of this adolescent, who are between 15 and 17 years old, are male, With families that are configured in different ways, school lag, involved with drugs, socioeconomic factor, as well as some determinants that lead the teen to relapse. In the study, it was possible to identify several factors that determine the recurrent infraction with: Domestic violence, alcohol and other drug use, social vulnerability or poverty, schooling, lack of leisure and recreation, discriminatory view And stigmatizing society, the economic context and the socio-educational system that should be an environment conducive to socio-educational action for the transformation of the individual.
