Gestantes em situação de privação de liberdade e seus enfrentamentos no acesso aos direitos sociais

Abstract

Exist a negligence of the State about pregnant women in situation of deprivation of liberty, even with laws that propose their right. On this problematic, it was aimed realize these women's difficultys to social right acess. For that, was analysed by bibliografic research the public policy and actions desenvolved to them. It was observed the contraditions faced in this field, where we have a punitive State about its prison population. The pregnant women, have their liberty restricted, but they must have their acess to the social rights, such as health and alternative penalty. Concludes that the State is failed with its propositions to an dignified and humanized treatment with these imprisioned users, thus generating even more rights violation.
