| Summary: | O presente trabalho objetiva descrever os esforços conjuntos da União Eupeia e Brasil na agenda de mudanças climáticas e Amazônia no período compreendido entre 2007 e 2013. A análise será feita por meio das diversas ações implementadas através dos projetos e programas de cooperação internacional relativos ao tema. Para tanto, incialmente serão observados os aspectos que envolvem mudanças climáticas, e em seguida os aspectos concernentes à Amazônia. Posteriormente, partindo-se destas observações, será feita a análise dos projetos e programas de cooperação nestas agendas, contribuindo, assim, para a solução de problemas ambientais e agendas de interesse mútuo e internacional. |
| Abstract: | The present paper aims to describe the joint efforts between the European Union and Brazil in climate change agenda and the Amazon, in the comprehended period from 2007 to 2013. The analysis will be carried out by the several implemented actions through international cooperation projects and programs related to the theme. For this, firstly it will be observed the relevant aspects that involve climate change, and then the aspects concerning the Amazon. Posteriorly, from such observations, it will be made an analyses of the projects and programs of cooperation within these agendas, contributing, therefore, to solutions for environmental issues and agendas of mutual and international interest. |
