| Summary: | O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o papel do BNDES como agente da política externa do governo Lula da Silva e sua relevância na retomada do projeto do país à condição de potência regional. A escolha desta instituição deve-se a sua importância como agente propulsor nos projetos de desenvolvimento e integração vivenciados pelo país. Esse trabalho visa à compreensão da relação entre as diretrizes da política externa brasileira com o BNDES e seu papel histórico no financiamento do desenvolvimento da economia brasileira, analisando a trajetória do BNDES, desde sua criação até o Governo Lula, e a evolução dos desembolsos do banco, buscando compreender a participação do BNDES na política de integração da América do Sul como agente financiador de grandes projetos de integração física e de infraestrutura. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this work is to analyze the role of the BNDES as an agent of the Lula da Silva government's foreign policy and its relevance in the resumption of the country's project to the status of regional potency. The choice of this institution is due to its importance as a propellant agent in the development and integration projects experienced by the country. This work aims to understand the relationship between the Brazilian foreign policy guidelines with the BNDES and its historical role on financing the development of the Brazilian economy, analyzing the trajectory of the BNDS from its creation until the Lula Government and the evolution of the bank disbursements, seeking to understand BNDES participation in the South America integration policy as a financing agent for large projects of physical integration and infrastructure. |
