| Summary: | A presente monografia resulta de pesquisas bibliográficas, tendo como principais referências: obras, legislações, jurisprudências, artigos, teses e matérias pelos quais enfatizam a discriminação LGBT nas instituições de ensino do país. O estudo é fomentado na profunda análise da problemática homofóbica e transfóbica no ambiente escolar, suas consequências e a responsabilidade do Estado frente ao seu investimento educacional. Políticas Públicas e programas educativos serão pauta de possíveis caminhos para erradicar qualquer preconceito sexual e de gênero, a fim de que alunos e alunas possam ter acesso à informação, bem como seus educadores. Por fim, o trabalho conterá aspectos relevantes para o sistema jurídico, trazendo consigo novas perspectivas acerca do assunto. |
| Abstract: | The present monograph results from bibliographic research, having as main references: papers, laws, jurisprudence, articles, theses and reports which emphasize LGBT discrimination in educational institutions around the country. The study is encouraged in the deep analysis of the homophobic and transphobic problems in the school environment, its consequences and the State's responsibility regarding its educational investment. Public policies and educational programs will be a guide for possible ways to eradicate any sexual and gender prejudice, so that students can have access to information, as well as their educators. Finally, the paper will contain relevant aspects to the legal system, bringing new perspectives over the matter. |
