| Summary: | A disseminação dos smartphones em nossa sociedade vem alterando significativamente o modo das pessoas se comunicarem e se relacionarem entre si e com diversos serviços ofertados, como aqueles do setor bancário, foco deste trabalho. Este trabalho analisar as potencialidades do uso da tecnologia mobile, especificamente dos smartphones, no setor bancário. Entre as tecnologias emergentes, enfatiza-se o padrão 5G e a Internet das coisas (IOT), que abrem portas para a sofisticação do Banco das Coisas, ou seja, seu potenciaç par a geração de produtos e Serviços Financeiros inovadores e mais personalizados. Argumenta-se que, em um contexto de transformação digital, o sistema bancário precisa atuar junto ao seu corpo funcional de maneira a pensar de forma exponencial. |
| Abstract: | The spread of smartphones in our society has been changing the way people communicate and relate to each other and to the various services offered, such as those in the banking sector, the hub of this work. This article analyzes the potential of using mobile technology, specifically smartphones, in the banking sector. Among the emerging technologies, 5G encryption and the Internet of Things (IOT), which open the door to the sophistication of the Bank of Things, that is, its potential to generate innovative and more personalized financial products and bank services. It is argued that, in a context of digital transformation, either a banking system needs to run alongside its functional body in order to think exponentially. |
