Abstract

This work presents a project plan for MODERNIZING THE TRADE UNION'S REPRESENTATIVE UNION AND TRADE REPRESENTATION COMPANIES IN THE STATE OF GOIÁS. The object of study is of an employer's character. Therefore, the Employer's Union is the institution responsible for representing employers in order to guarantee their interests. Be it order, economic, professional and / or social. Its activity is provided for in Title V of the CLT (Constitution of Labor Laws), from art. 511. As a basic assignment, the Employers Union is the institution that represents the interests of companies before the Union of Workers and the government. In view of the changes implemented in the labor reform after the approval of Law 13.467 / 17, the mandatory payment of the union contribution was extinguished. That is, the collection becomes voluntary, with express authorization from the companies. It is important to note that the lack of representation from the Employers' Unions, especially the SIRCEG (Union of Commercial Representatives and Commercial Representation Companies in the State of Goiás) puts at risk important rights conquered and guaranteed. SIRCEG has an important role in discussions on economic and tax matters. It is assumed that, in the possible extinction of this class entity, it would place commercial representation companies at a disadvantage in terms of political, economic and social power.
