Abstract

The domestic violence against women is a big and a relevant issue, because this is not something recent, but a matter that has been being consolidated for years and that needs more attention. The social isolation had as the principal goal try to decrease the contamination from the disease SARS-Cov-2, popularly known as COVID-19, therefore, It was necessary that everybody stayed home, spending more time inside home and, unfortunately the domestic violent cases increased. Thus, this research has, as main objective, analyse the legais frameworks and jurisprudence referred to the protection against domestic violence and also analyse what are the means of communication and if it was made any other mean so that the victims can use for Reporting the attacker.
