| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to analyze the ethnic-racial component in the Brazilian corporate environment, in this way the construction of the right to difference will be considered, carrying out a historical analysis of human rights from the perspective of international relations, afterward how these rights were incorporated in Brazil, and how is the current situation of the black population in the corporate environment. |
