Regulação das plataformas digitais: um estudo comparado entre Brasil e Alemanha

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the regulation of digital platforms by comparing Brazil and Germany and how these two countries have addressed this issue. In general, this work examines the changing political-economic context of the collaborative economy and its impacts on traditional markets. Considering that the use of digital platforms has brought numerous benefits, it has also presented significant challenges. Throughout this text, we will describe the transformations that digital platforms have brought about. The legal evolution of regulations is also analyzed, along with the possible solutions that the private sector, in collaboration with the government, seeks to achieve. Finally, this work conducts a comparison between the regulations of Brazil and Germany, demonstrating how the two countries regulate digital platforms.
