Geopolítica dos recusos energéticos: dinâmica entre Rússia e Europa

Abstract

The present work aims to explore the complex dynamics that involve the geopolitics of energy resources. Throughout the work, it was sought to explore the various actors and their roles in the value chain of the energy sector in order to demonstrate how the mere understanding of the use of the compulsory power of an actor A in front of an actor B is insufficient to analyze the intricacy that is arranged in relations in which energy resources play key roles. Therefore, using a constructivist perspective, it was sought to analyze how ideational factors are complemented by material factors. Thus, it was chosen to analyze the situation involving Russia with the European continent, with Russia's relations with the European Union in general, and with Germany in particular, as central points.
