| Summary: | A sociedade se formou no conceito de um grupo, que se integra e divide costumes, trabalhos e deveres, e esse grupo, ao longo do tempo, se comportou de diversas formas, se desenvolvendo até os dias atuais, onde mesmo após uma evolução significativa de definições acerca de direitos e garantias, ainda sim possui problemas ocultos que adoecem e freiam a capacidade evolutiva da sociedade, A modernidade Líquida apresentada demonstra a fragilidade da sociedade perante a tecnologia e como essa gama de informações junto de uma má formação acadêmica gera problemas constantes nas vidas das pessoas, por estarem sujeitas a uma constante leva de informações inverídicas sendo compartilhadas e gerando insegurança jurídica a população. |
| Abstract: | Society was formed in the concept of a group that integrates and shares customs, work, and duties, and this group, over time, has behaved in various ways, developing until today, where even after a significant evolution of definitions about rights and guarantees, it still has hidden problems that sicken and hinder the evolutionary capacity of society, The Liquid Modernity presented here shows the fragility of society before technology and how this range of information together with a poor academic training generates constant problems in people's lives, because they are subject to a constant stream of untrue information being shared and generating legal uncertainty for the population. |
