| Summary: | A medida socioeducativa comprova, com o decorrer da história, que seu objetivo é trazer a efetividade da proteção ao adolescente. As medidas têm a faculdade de ser definidas para operarem diretamente no direito violado pela criança ou adolescente. A determinação da medida socioeducativa tem o intuito de contribuir com proteção da criança e do adolescente que estão em situação de vulnerabilidade e irregular. Versa da necessidade eficaz de indicar maneiras de aplicabilidade da medida socioeducativa com o fim de reanalizar a conduta do adolescente em conflito com a lei. Mostrar as reais condições das medidas socioeducativas e sua aplicabilidade, bem como fazer uma abordagem crítica da sua efetividade. Ante isso, retira-se um adolescente do convívio social para manutenção do ordenamento jurídico. Assim, o estudo fazer jus a nossa atenção nas conjecturas de análises jurídicas para apreender as diversas formas de aplicação da medida socioeducativa, com o objetivo de reeducar e ressocializar o adolescente em conflito com a Lei. Deste modo, o estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar as medidas socioeducativas no sistema socioeducativo e, como objetivos específicos, analisar a efetividade da medida socioeducativa sua aplicabilidade, distinguir as medidas socioeducativas demonstrando as suas consequências e vislumbrar formas de proteção do adolescente na análise jurídica das medidas socioeducativas. No entanto, obter o domínio e a linguagem audiovisual para realização e apresentação da análise jurídica e aplicabilidade das medidas socioeducativas. |
| Abstract: | The socio-educational measures proves, in the course of the story, that his goal is to bring the effectiveness of adolescent protection. The measures have the option to be set to operate directly on the right violated by the child or adolescent. The determination of socio-educational measure has the aim of contributing to the protection of children and adolescents who are in vulnerable situations and irregular. Versa indicate the need for effective ways of applicability of socio-educational measures in order to conduct reanalizar adolescents in conflict with the law. Show the real conditions of educational measures and their applicability as well as a critical approach to their effectiveness. Before this, cut up a teenager's social life to maintain the law. Thus, the study do justice to our attention the conjectures of legal analysis to understand the diverse application of socio-educational measures with the aim to re-educate and re-socialize adolescents in conflict with the law. Thus, the study's general objective is to analyze social and educational measures in childcare system and specific objectives, analyze the effectiveness of socio-educational measures its applicability distinguish educational measures demonstrating its consequences and envision ways to protect adolescent in the legal analysis of educational measures. However, getting the domain and audiovisual language for conducting and presentation of legal analysis and applicability of educational measures. |
