Um estudo comparado das violações dos direitos humanos nas ditaduras civil-militares na Argentina (1976-1983) e no Brasil (1964-1985)

Abstract

Humans Right have been affirming themselves as a reality in the International System and getting some room in the States’ agenda. However, despite the efforts to make them effective, the Southern Cone countries lived under violent dictatorial regimes. In Argentina’s (1976 - 1983) and in Brazil’s (1964 – 1985) civil-military dictatorship was created a repressive apparatus responsible for the systematize control of the Human’s Right violations. Many people had been tortured, murdered and/or missing. This research’s development propose to make a descriptive analysis of those violations, without forgetting about the historical factors that led to them.
