O documentário em vídeo tem o objetivo de expor uma visão geral sobre as dificuldades enfrentadas na apresentação de projeto de lei de iniciativa popular e os benefícios que a subscrição eletrônica trará caso haja mudança na lei. |
| Abstract: | This paper approaches the subject of the possibility of making the electronic subscription for presenting popular initiative to draft laws as an enforcement of the constitutional law regarding direct democracy. The video documentary aims to show a general view of the difficulties faced when presenting popular initiative to draft laws as well as the benefits that such electronic subscription will bring if there is a change in the law. |
