| Summary: | O objetivo central deste trabalho é compreender o fenomeno da pobreza e exclusão social no âmbito das Relações Internacionais e seu impacto no Haiti, a partir do Banco Mundial. O estudo está organizado em tres capítulos: o primeiro caracteriza pobreza e exclusao social e sua importancia nas Relacoes Internacionais, o segundo concentra-se em analisar o papel das Organizacoes Internacionais a partir da Cupula do Milenio. O terceiro expoe a historia contemporanea do Haiti. |
| Abstract: | The central objective of this paper is to understand the aim of this work is to understand the phenomenon of poverty and social exclusion in the context of international relations and the impact in Haiti, from the World Bank. The study is structured in four chapters: the first characterizes poverty and social exclusion and its importance in international relations, the second concentrates on analyzing the role of international organizations from the Millennium Summit. The third exposes the contemporary history of Haiti. |
