A necessidade de participação do Terceiro Setor para a efetivação do direito fundamental a educação básica: o caso das instituições conveniadas à Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal em Ceilândia

Abstract

This article presentes undergraduate research results in law entitled The Third Participation Need Sector for Effecting the Fundamental Right to Basic Education: the case of Convening institutions to the Secretary of State of the Federal District Education - SEDF in Ceilândia, whose main objective it was to analyze the agreement between the District government and entity belonging to the third sector to educational provision in early childhood education in the Federal District taking as sampling the city of Ceilândia. This study integrates research developed by the Advanced Research Center in the Third Sector - NEPATS The results indicate that the treatment of early childhood education through partnership with the Third Sector is an alternative to achieve the goal of universal childhood education, and requires the National Plan Education - PNE (2014/2024)
