Abstract

This documentary deals with adolescents in conflict with the law, from an analysis of the economic situation of members of the middle and lower classes Brazilian. Consisting of steps, work addresses preliminarily the characteristics of adolescent transformation in their biological , psychological and social aspects that influence the formation of the subject, contributing to conflict with the law. Transcending the transformations of the offending individual, analyzed the existing social classes in Brazil from a diagnostic assessment, identifying the socioeconomic differences between juvenile delinquents low and middle class. Perceive a clear discrimination of this segment of society, which presents itself as one of the key influencers aspects of infractions conducts classes in focus. Going into the mechanisms of state repression, pointed the educational measures as ways to reprimand the violator and essential to the goal of reintegration of adolescent into society act.
