| Summary: | O respectivo estudo, que resultou em um vídeo-documentário, aborda os aspectos sociais e jurídicos no combate acerca do TRABALHO INFANTIL E MENDICÂNCIA NA CAPITAL DO BRASIL. O Brasil é possuidor de uma legislação rigorosa quanto à proibição do trabalho infantil. Ainda assim encontramos crianças em algum tipo de atividade laboral, com índices elevados no Distrito Federal. É sob esse prisma que o documentário busca compreender esses fatos, e as razões que levam famílias a submeterem suas crianças ao trabalho infantil e, ainda, a mendicância. Por fim, o documentário faz parte de uma análise cuidadosa desse cenário à luz das referências teóricas proporcionadas pela ciência jurídica e pela sociologia. |
| Abstract: | The respective study, which resulted in a video documentary on the legal aspects on social and legal in the fight about the CHILD LABOUR AND begging in BRAZIL CAPITAL. Brazil is owner of strict legislation on the prohibition of child labor. Still found children in some kind of labor activity, with high levels in the Federal District. It is in this light that the documentary tries to understand these facts and the reasons that lead families to surrender their children to child labor and also begging. Finally, the documentary is part of a careful analysis of this scenario in the light of theoretical references provided by legal science and sociology. |
