| Summary: | Este documentário traz uma a verificação do lapso temporal razoável de convívio da mãe acautelada ao seu filho, por meio de abordagem crítica à luz da Lei Execução Penal, Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, Constituição Federal de 1988 – CRFB/88. Tendo em vista, estudar os efeitos provenientes desse convívio, através de entrevistas aos profissionais da área, como professores da área penal, psicólogos, juízes e conselheiros tutelares. Nele, trouxemos as peculiaridades referentes ao sistema penitenciário feminino, tendo em vista o expressivo aumento da população carcerária feminina, conforme os números trazidos pelo Departamento Penitenciário Nacional – DEPEN, executado por meio do Projeto Mulheres1, e as medidas tomadas pelo Estado, procurando acolher as particularidades desse universo feminino, bem como de suas crianças. |
| Abstract: | The respective study, which resulted in a video documentary titled MOTHERS INCARCERATED, CHILDREN ARRESTED with the aim to face the reality of the mothers who after their chilbed have to live together with your sons in prison foundations. This work approached the legal and philosofical aspects about their acquaintanceship with their sons, during period of stay in prison institutions, showing periods which these children spend with their mothers in the internal prison areas as well as which period and type of accommodation both must have and what is the maximum period and their destination in the light of the current brazilian legislation. |
