| Summary: | Esta revisão de literatura buscou investigar as produções que apontam para a participação feminina em postos de trabalho terceirizados e precarizados, tanto os fatores que influenciam na inserção quanto as consequências desta. Foram selecionados 19 artigos em 3 bases de dados, publicados entre os anos de 2004 e 2015 em 11 diferentes áreas de conhecimento, com predominância de artigos em Ciências Sociais. Foram identificados principalmente estudos de campo, bibliográficos e descritivos. Nos textos foram identificados fatores que influenciam a inserção feminina em atividades terceirizadas e precarizadas, destacando a responsabilização das mulheres pelo cuidado com a casa e os filhos e filhas; a implementação de novas tecnologias de organização do trabalho dentro das mudanças provocadas pela reestruturação produtiva e a divisão sexual do trabalho. | Abstract: | This literature review aimed to investigate the female participation in outsourced and precarious work positions, both the factors that affect the inclusion and the consequences of those. 19 articles were selected in 3 databases, published between 2004 and 2015 in 11 different areas of knowledge, with predominance of Social Sciences articles. There were mainly identified field, bibliographic, and descriptive studies. In the texts, factors that influence the female inclusion in outsourced and precarious activities were identified, highlighting the holding women responsible for the housework and take care of the children; the implementation of new technologies of work organization within the changes caused by productive restructuring and the sexual division of labor. Among the main consequences for the presence of women in outsourced and precarious occupations there is the intensification of work, as well as the instability and insecurity. |
