| Summary: | O presente documentário é resultado de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo que tem como referências obras, legislações, jurisprudências e entrevistas que aborda a questão da interpretação da Defensoria Pública. Além disso, objetiva demonstrar a Defensoria Pública como instituição essencial à função jurisdicional do Estado, garantindo aos cidadãos o acesso à Justiça mediante tratamento isonômico. O trabalho ainda contém um estudo acerca do conceito e evolução histórica da Defensoria Pública. Trata-se ainda, da evolução histórica desta instituição e a sua importância no Brasil. Por fim, observa-se o inegável avanço da Defensoria Pública no universo institucional do País. |
| Abstract: | This documentary is the result of a literature search and field whose reference works, legislation, jurisprudence and interviews that addresses the issue of interpretation of the Public Defender . In addition, it aims to demonstrate the Ombudsman as an institution essential to the jurisdictional function of the State, ensuring that citizens have access to justice through equal treatment . The work also contains a study of the concept and historical evolution of the Public Defender . It is also the historical evolution of this institution and its importance in Brazil. Finally , there is the undeniable advance of the Public Defender in the institutional universe of the country. |
